Шклов непосредственно освобождали воинские подразделения 70-й стрелковой дивизии, которая входила в состав 33-й армии под командованием генерала Крученкина.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
