1.Нотариальное оформление не работает, есть случай когда нотариус час беседовал с бабкой, приходил на суд, суд во внимание не принял. 2.Страховые не страхуют титул по этой статье, они не дураки. 3.Экспертиза принимает очень странные решения о том что продавец на момент сделки находился в заблуждение, хотя ему что это не спецоперация с его квартирой до сделки объясняли и нотариус и риэлтор и даже полиция.
Я изучал эту тему тк хотел купить квартиру, сейчас ужас что творится. Есть случаи когда на расторжение подают и молодые, якобы их тоже ввели в заблуждение. Семьи покупателей оказываются на улице без денег и с ипотекой. Все ждут решения Верховного суда, но ни одно дело до него ещё не дошло, годами крутится в аппеляциях.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips.
