20 марта по поручению президента РАН Г. Я. Красникова была созвана комиссия Бюро ОНИТ РАН для оценки результатов деятельности ИППИ РАН за период начиная от 29 августа 2023 года (то есть с момента, как директором стал М. В. Федоров). Комиссия провела ряд встреч с членами Ученого совета, руководителями подразделений и рядовыми сотрудниками, а также отдельно с дирекцией Института; изучила локальные нормативные акты и письменные обращения сотрудников к Комиссии. Как указано в официальном ответе, выводы и рекомендации Комиссии будут направлены в Президиум РАН и в Минобрнауки России.
