В Красноярске к 2027 году планируется завершение строительства второй очереди ТК «Арбат» (теперь «Авион») площадью 12 тыс. кв. м, включая 7 тыс. кв. м офисов и 4,8 тыс. кв. м торговых площадей, с парковкой на 250 мест. Застройщик СЗ «ФСК» внес изменения в проект и урегулировал отношения с дольщиками. Параллельно в городе решаются проблемы других долгостроев: торговый комплекс на ул. Северо-Енисейской сдается к 2025 году, а недостроенный ТЦ владельцев «Бирюсы» может быть снесен из-за угрозы ЧС.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
