❗️21 ноября состоялось заседание сессии Законодательного Собрания Калужской области.

Депутаты приняли ряд важных законов, среди которых:

✅первое чтение проекта закона об областном бюджете на следующий год и плановый период 2026, 2027 годов; ✅закон ограничивающий деятельность «наливаек»; ✅ закон о предоставлении компенсационной выплаты «обманутым дольщикам»; ✅закон о предоставлении земельных участков в безвозмездное пользование врачам и фельдшерам.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
