❗️21 ноября состоялось заседание сессии Законодательного Собрания Калужской области.

Депутаты приняли ряд важных законов, среди которых:

✅первое чтение проекта закона об областном бюджете на следующий год и плановый период 2026, 2027 годов; ✅закон ограничивающий деятельность «наливаек»; ✅ закон о предоставлении компенсационной выплаты «обманутым дольщикам»; ✅закон о предоставлении земельных участков в безвозмездное пользование врачам и фельдшерам.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
