🔹 با شروع تحریم‌ها در دهه ۹۰، مشکلات ما هم شروع شد. در ۱۳ سال، میانگین تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص حدود ۱.۷ درصد بوده است.
🔹 ظرفیت‌های مختلفی در بازار سرمایه وجود دارد. رشد اقتصادی سال ۱۴۰۳ زیر سه درصد اتفاق خواهد افتاد. اگر این روال ادامه پیدا کند، تا پایان برنامه هفتم، رشد اقتصادی ما بیش از ۲.۶ درصد نمی‌شود.
🔹 من به توافق‌های حداقلی خوشبینم. اگر منابع ما آزاد شود، می‌توانیم به رشدی که در بودجه پیش‌بینی شده دست پیدا کنیم.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
