أتريد أن تتغير؟ أعطٍ لنفسك سبباً وجيهاً قوياً يدفعك للتغير.. الإنسان لا يتغير فجأة إلا إذا كان الدافع قوياً ، ومن داخله هو.. أي أنه لا يتغير تغيراً "حقيقيا" ، إن كان دافعه أن يحظى بإلإعجاب والثناء.. فمثل هذه الدوافع ضعيفة ، ثم يعود الشخص لطبيعته بعد أن يشبع ، وتخفت رغبته في حب الظهور .. لكن... التغيير الحقيقي يحدث عندما يحدث أمر ما ، يجعل الإنسان يهتز داخليا.. حالة من" الإدراك " مختلفة .. حالة تجعله يحاسب نفسه.. يعيد النظر في تقدير ذاته ورؤيته لحياته ومن حوله.. أي يريد أن يتغير لذاته .. ليرضي ربه.. ليطمئن.. نحن نتغير شئنا أم أبينا.. بسبب تقدم العمر وطريقة التفكير.. بسبب ظروف الحياة وأحداثها.. وأسباب كثيرة جداً.. ولكن التغيير "التلقائي " الذي يحدث على مهل ، لا يضمن لنا أن نكون الصورة الأفضل منا .. التغيير" المقصود "، واضح الهدف والدافع والذي يُحدث فيك فعلا اختلافاً جذرياً هو التغير المنشود ..
