Если раньше (как в видео ниже) открыто не говорили на чëм построены быстрые платежи и с помощью чего строят международные системы iso20022, то в нынешних документах об этом вполне открыто уже пишут.

The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
