Запасы сливочного масла в России выросли на 41% по сравнению с началом года
Запасы СОМ выросли по сравнению с началом года на 43% до 13,1 тыс. т, запасы СЦМ выросли на 39% до 4,3 тыс. т. По сравнению с апрелем 2024 г. запасы СОМ выросли на 18%, запасы СОМ снизились на 15%. Производство сырого молока в России в январе-апреле 2025 г. в сельхозорганизациях составило 7,1 млн т, на 3% больше, чем в 2024 г.
Индикатор цены на сырое молоко на российском рынке, на 15 июня 2025 г. составил 42,6 руб./кг (без НДС, жир -3,4%, белок – 3%).
Цена импорта молочных продуктов в Россию стабильна, остается на уровне 55,97 руб./кг (без НДС, жир -3,4%, белок – 3%, в пересчете на 1 кг молока).
