Добрый вечер. Сегодня попала не в очень хорошую ситуация. Часов в 19:00, выезжала из 10 мкр, по дороге между храмом и "Вкусна и точка", моя машина попала колесом в открытый люк, там дорога вообще не освещаемая, даже если ехать с дальним светом можно не увидеть. У меня вопрос в Администрации города, как вы такое допускаете, по данной дороге ходят люди, дети, которые могут не заметить открытый люк, и просто провалиться, как вообще могут дорожные службы проводить работы, и не закрыть его, где контроль, почему такая халатность. И конечно, хочется сказать СПАСИБО молодым людям, которым помогли и вытащили машину, им большое спасибо 🙏

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
