«Дальний Восток — это та часть России, которая наиболее близка к Азиатско-Тихоокеанскому региону. Близка к Китаю, к другим странам этого региона. И понятно, что любое расширение связей экономических между Россией и Китаем очень большое влияние оказывает на экономику Дальнего Востока», — добавил он.
По его словам, осуществление крупномасштабных проектов станет движущей силой роста экономики Дальнего Востока.
