С 1 апреля схема движения маршрутов 110 и 143 станет кольцевой:

• 110 маршрут будет ходить по часовой стрелке от Центрального автовокзала через проспект Труда, ул. 9 Января, Подклетное, село Семилуки (ост. Вышка), Губарёво, Русскую Гвоздёвку, Гвоздёвку, Хвощеватку, Новоживотинное (с заездом до конечной у Пятёрочки), сити‐парк Град, Памятник Славы до Центрального автовокзала
• 143 маршрут поедет против часовой стрелки от Центрального автовокзала через Памятник Славы, сити‐парк Град, Новоживотинное (с заездом до конечной у Пятёрочки), Хвощеватку, Гвоздёвку, Русскую Гвоздёвку, Губарёво, село Семилуки (ост. Вышка), Подклетное, ул. 9 Января, проспект Труда и вернётся в изначальную точку (уточнение: для обеих маршрутов Автовокзал будет конечным пунктом с обязательной высадкой пассажиров)

Расписание отправлений от автовокзала:
110: 06:00, 09:05, 12:20, 17:30
143: 05:55, 08:30, 13:00, 16:30
