«В Приуральском районе председатель рыболовецкой общины, нарушая санитарно-эпидемиологические требования, доставлял выловленную рыбу в город Лабытнанги на транспорте, не оборудованном морозильной камерой», — сообщает СУ СК России по ЯНАО.
Рыбу замораживали в арендованном складе, а затем реализовывали без маркировки, в которой указывается информация о дате вылова, заморозки, производителе и сроках годности.
