🔹 در حالی در متن تفاهمنامه بر بررسی درخواست‌های موردی آژانس جهت بازرسی از تاسیسات اتمی تاکید شده است که آنچه در قانون تعلیق همکاری با آژانس ذکر شده است صرفاً تحقق شرایط ذکر شده در قانون را به عهده شورای عالی امنیت ملی می‌گذارد و نه اعطای مجوز جهت بازرسی موردی از تاسیسات.
