Я вот помнится✅ пытался объяснить мастеру (когда сам еще без пояса был), который был тяжелее меня реально ровно в два раза🙈 и участвовал в мма боях+ был прям на пике формы, что его захват на мартелу не эффективен..🙌
А один мой друг, как-то засомневался, что другой мастер нормально понимает технику, раз позволяет себе тянуть носочек при ударах (но это он может быть сам расскажет)

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
