«Звертаємо увагу, що обмеження будуть застосовуватися лише на той розмір виплати, яка не є страховою частиною пенсії (тобто для забезпечення якої не сплачувалися страхові внески), а є додатковою виплатою від держави за роботу в окремих силових чи інших структурах», – повідомили в Міністерстві соціальної політики.
Рішення про запровадження обмежувальних коефіцієнтів ухвалено в законі «Про державний бюджет на 2025 рік», оскільки саме коштом держбюджету фінансують усі видатки на спецпенсії.
