Чтобы несколько раз произнести, что это благодаря чубатым властям всё это происходит? Да, но есть и ещё нюанс... На самом же деле, у украинской стороны просто мало кого осталось возвращать РФ. Поэтому из раза в раз они пробивают вопрос обмена "всех на всех". Но... Одно дело вернуть Украине в одностороннем порядке тысячи останков погибших, а другое - тех, кто снова может вернуться на фронт. Поэтому воз так и движется - по чайной ложке. Россия не отступает от договоренностей, а Украина... ну, вы уже поняли.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
