Ботов в Telegram-каналы добавляют администраторами в разделе "Управление каналом • Администраторы".
Кликаете по кнопке "Добавить администратора", пишите имя необходимого бота в строке поиска, выбираете нужного из предложенных вариантов и назначаете ему права доступа для управления каналом.
P.S.Помните, ботов создают неизвестные вам люди, которые могут через ботов навредить вашему каналу.
