Во время диалога «была подчеркнута роль России в восстановлении доверия с сирийским народом посредством конкретных мер, таких как компенсации, реконструкция и восстановление», сообщило агентство.
Также новые власти Сирии отметили, что восстановление отношений с Россией должно «учитывать прошлые ошибки, уважать волю сирийского народа и служить его интересам».
