Армения приняла участие в обсуждении двух заявлений, принятых на заседании Совета министров иностранных дел государств-членов СНГ, однако впоследствии Мирзоян итоговый документ не подписал. Почему он так сделал, мне кажется, лучше он вам сам расскажет.
Отметим, что делегация Армении, участвовавшая в последнем заседании указанной структуры, не подписала заявления "О принципах обеспечения безопасности в Евразии" и "Об осуществлении односторонних мер при налаживании международных отношений".

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
