Однако в ряде регионов у населения не было возможности оптимизировать траты. Жители Тюменской области в третьем квартале расходовали суммы, эквивалентные 104,8% от текущих доходов. Это означает, что в ход шли в том числе накопления. Практически все заработанное тратили жители Кабардино-Балкарии (96,3%), Псковской области (94,8%), Хакасии (93,4%), Алтая (92,9%).
Наименьшую часть своих доходов тратили жители Чукотки (33%), НАО (34,8%) и ЯНАО (40,1%), Магаданской области (55,2%), Карачаево-Черкесии (60,7%).
