В общем это традиционный для КНДР пуск на максимальную высоту и минимальную дальность, в случае же пуска на максимальную дальность, ракета потенциально может лететь на дальность порядка 15000 км, что позволяет с ее помощью поразить любую точку в Северной Америке.
