🔸 بنا بر اعلام کانال تلگرام «کمپین فعالین بلوچ» افراد مسلح پیش از انفجار ساختمان از کارکنان بنیاد مسکن خواسته بودند که محل را ترک کنند و پس از انفجار اقدام به تیراندازی به سمت ساختمان کرده بودند.
🔸 تا لحظه تنظیم این گزارش، هیچ گروهی مسئولیت این انفجار را بر عهده نگرفته است. اما کانال تلگرام «حال‌وش» ضمن انتشار ویدئوهایی از ساختمان تخریب‌شده بنیاد مسکن گفته که گروه «جیش‌العدل» حدود دو هفته پیش و پس از «تخریب گسترده خانه‌‌های شهروندان در حاشیه شهرهای چابهار و زاهدان» بیانیه‌ای صادر کرده بود.
🔸 بنا بر اعلام حال‌وش این گروه در بیانیه خود اعلام کرده بود که «حکومت ۱۰ روز فرصت دارد تا در سیاست‌های اجرایی خود علیه مردم #بلوچ تجدید نظر کند، در غیر این صورت تمام ارگان‌ها و ادارات دولتی و همچنین شخصیت‌های ستمگر رژیم که در اجرای این وضعیت نقش داشته‌اند را پاسخ‌گو خواهند کرد.»
