250.000 Fachkräfte aus Kenia: Deutsche Regierung schließt Migrationsabkommen
Die deutsche Regierung hat ein Migrationsabkommen mit Kenia abgeschlossen. Die "BBC" berichtete in einem Artikel von insgesamt 250.000 kenianischen "Fachkräften", die im Rahmen des Abkommens einwandern sollen.
Das deutsche Innenministerium wehrte sich jedoch auf X (ehemals Twitter) gegen die Angabe der Anzahl der "Fachkräfte". Daraufhin wurde der Artikel von der "BBC" geändert und die Anzahl entfernt. Die afrikanische Ausgabe der "BBC" in Pidginenglisch spricht weiterhin von 250.000 Einwanderern. Auch der Präsident und das Außenministerium Kenias erwähnten dieselbe Anzahl.
Alice Weidel, Fraktionsvorsitzende der AfD, kommentierte zu dem Abkommen auf X/Twitter: "Statt die Grenzen zu schließen, macht Scholz die Schleusen noch weiter auf: 250.000 Kenianer sind dazu eingeladen, nach Deutschland zu kommen."

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
