Стерлибашевский межрайонный суд вынес приговор по уголовному делу в отношении жителя Миякинского района.
Он признан виновным по ч. 1 ст. 264.1 УК РФ.
В суде установлено, что в марте 2025 года мужчина, ранее подвергнутый административному наказанию за управление автомобилем в состоянии опьянения, вновь сел за руль машины марки «Лада-111930» в нетрезвом виде. Действия злоумышленника пресечены сотрудниками дорожно-патрульной службы.
Суд назначил ему наказание в виде обязательных работ на срок 200 часов с лишением права заниматься деятельностью, связанной с управлением транспортными средствами, на 2 года, и конфисковал автомобиль в пользу государства.
