فيقول : ياأماه من جن عليه الليل وهو يخاف البيات حق له أن لاينام . قال : فلما بلغ ورأت ما يلقى من البكاء والسهر نادته فقالت : يا بني لعلك قتلت قتيلاً فقال : نعم يا والدة ، قتلت قتيلاً فقالت : ومن هذا القتيل يا بني نتحمل على أهله فيعفوك والله لو علموا ما تلقى من البكاء والسهر لقد رحموك

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. NEWS
