В Ростовской области, как и по всей России, в других регионах России, уже в ближайшие выходные ожидается сильная магнитная буря, которая продлится трое суток — с 4 по 6 октября, следует из прогноза лаборатории солнечной астрономии ИКИ РАН.
По предварительным прогнозам учёных, магнитная буря будет уровня G3 — высокой мощности. В регионах России не исключены полярные сияния.
В ночь на 2 октября учёные зафиксировали мощную вспышку на Солнце, которая и стала причиной возникновения сильной магнитной бури.
«С начала текущего солнечного цикла, то есть за последние 7 лет, более мощный взрыв регистрировался только один раз, в мае 2024 года. Тогда рекордные магнитные бури достигли высшего пятого балла», — сказано в сообщении.
