К слову, баннер провисел на фасаде здания 4 года и никого не возмущал до недавнего времени. Гневные комментарии появились на странице врио губернатора. Как итог, баннер сняли. Летом заменят на новый, о чем отчитались в администрации Вологды и приложили фото.
