الجواب/ نعم. المسألة الأولى مسألة عين، والثانية (كون يد المستعير يد أمانة) عامة، فهي أولى بالاعتبار، وهذا الذي نسبه له ابن المنذر في الإشراف (6/ 351)، ويحتمل أن ينسب له القولان، ولعل الأول أولى.
