Связано это с закрытием некоторых фабрик в Китае,уже повысившимися ценами на блоки(не,серьезно,я прям ах*ел,когда увидел цены текущие) и падением курса Юаня(да,курс падает,а китаец не хочет мало зарабатывать и поднимает цену,это норма)
