КСОРС Сербии провел очередной литературный квартирник в Белграде. В этот раз, он был посвящен военной поэзии в рамках 80-го юбилея Великой Победы. 🏅

Стихи, отрывки фронтовых писем, истории родных и близких, связанные с войной и песни создали одновременно официально торжественную и дружескую атмосферу вечера.

Одной из отдельных тем квартирника стала оборона Москвы. И мы выражаем огромную благодарность Правительству Москвы за подаренную нашему КСОРСу книгу "Москва в годы ВОВ 1941-1945гг." , которая использовалась в подготовке сценария мероприя.

Спасибо всём, кто пришел!

П.С. второй экземпляр книги о Москве передан в Библиотеку русского национального меньшинства в Сербии".

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
