🔔 В целях создания государственного информационного ресурса «Цифровой профиль иностранного гражданина» с 1 декабря этого года запущен эксперимент по апробации правил и условий въезда в Россию и выезда из России иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства.

Соответствующее постановление было принято Правительством 7 ноября.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
