Вчера, 18 октября, в рамках Республиканского слета молодых специалистов РУП "Белпочта" состоялась диалоговая площадка, в которой принял участие первый заместитель министра связи и информатизации Республики Беларусь Павел Ткач.
Павел Николаевич отметил важность взаимодействия с молодежью, подчеркнув, что именно они являются двигателями прогресса и инноваций в любой отрасли. В ходе обсуждений участники делились своими идеями и инициативами, направленными на модернизацию почтовых услуг.
Участники получили уникальную возможность задать вопросы первому заместителю Министра и обсудить насущные темы, касающиеся развития почтовых услуг в стране.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
