На заседании Совета по местному самоуправлению при Совете Федерации РФ обсудили вопросы и законодательные инициативы, направленные на расширение участия граждан в принятии решений на уровне муниципалитетов.

Считаю, что главный фактор развития территорий – это в первую очередь вовлеченность жителей в вопросы управления. Такой подход повышает прозрачность и эффективность работы, укрепляет доверие между гражданами и органами власти.

Поделился с коллегами опытом Югры в реализации социальных проектов в этом направлении. Уже в июне стартует прием заявок на предоставление грантов Губернатора
