▪️مختاری متولد ۱۳۲۳ در آستارا بازیگر سینما، تئاتر و تلویزیون ایران بود که بازیگری را از سال ۱۳۵۱ در ۲۸ سالگی با فیلم ستارخان آغاز کرد و در بیش از ۳۰۰ فیلم در سینمای ایران حضور داشته است.
