عن ابنِ بُريدَةَ، عن أبيه رَضِيَ اللهُ عنه، قال: قال رَسولُ الله ﷺ : مَن حَلَف بالأمانةِ فليس مِنَّا .

قال الشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله :
فإذا قال: وحياةِ فُلانٍ، أو وحياةِ الرَّسولِ، أو وحياةِ موسى، أو وحياةِ عيسى، أو وقبرِ أبي، أو حَلَف بالأمانةِ أو ما أشبَهَ ذلك، فكُلُّ ذلك حَلِفٌ بغير الله، وكُلُّ ذلك لا يجوزُ، وكُلُّ ذلك مُنكَرٌ.
