📍Стихия бушевала в округе Санта-Крус на юге от Сан-Хосе, но больше всего пострадал городок Скоттс-Вэлли. Торнадо застал многих жителей города в автомобилях, многие из которых впоследствии перевернулись - даже с людьми.

📍Власти сообщают, что торнадо нанес серьезный ущерб: повалил деревья, повредил линии электропередач и дома. К счастью, никто не погиб, но несколько человек увезли в больницу с травмами.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
