Уполномоченный при Президенте России по правам ребенка Мария Львова-Белова и Губернатор Тюменской области Александр Моор перед началом пленарной сессии осмотрели экспозицию "Галерея региональных новелл".
Особое внимание в ходе съезда будет уделено темам улучшения жилищных условий семей, их поддержке в кризисной ситуации, реабилитации родителей с алко- и наркозависимостью, практикам разрешения семейных споров.
