Сегодня уже почти рутинной медицинской практикой стало использование оптоволоконных зондов для того, чтобы доставлять лазерное излучение через инструментальный канал к каким-то внутренним органам человека. О развитии этих технологий мы беседуем с доцентом кафедры № 87 лазерных микро-, нано- и биотехнологий , н.с. лаборатории бионанофотоники ИФИБ НИЯУ МИФИ, с.н.с. лаборатории лазерной биоспектроскопии ИОФ РАН Татьяной Савельевой.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
