Возник тут спор с коллегой по Федорищеву. По мнению коллеги, самарский губер прав, а многие подчиненные вообще без мата не понимают.
Я же, напротив, считаю, что адекватный руководитель не должен опускаться до словесных оскорблений.
В конце концов, всегда есть дисциплинарные взыскания, штрафы, увольнения, которые в случае чего можно и нужно применять.
Я, например, никогда не оскорблял напрямую своих подчиненных (стеб и ирония не оскорбления). Хотя многие меня считали достаточно авторитарным руководителем (сам я себя таковым не считаю, конечно).
В общем нужен новый подледный опрос по корпоративной этике. Надеюсь, хоть сюда ботов вливать не будут!

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
