Одновременно вышли данные о том, что 77% собственников жилья в Челябинской области имеют неоплаченные счета за отопление и горячее водоснабжение – общая сумма долга выросла в мае до 3 млрд руб. При этом жители Челябинской области отдают за ипотеку почти 40% своего дохода – самый высокий показатель в УрФО.
С такими показателями производственной активности и таким состоянием финансов Южный Урал – очевидный претендент в самые настоящие банкроты. Цель «курса Текслера» все ближе.
