Документ объемом более 300 страниц призван увязать между собой «майский указ» президента о национальных целях, 19 новых национальных проектов, более 40 государственных программ, а также отраслевые и региональные стратегии и «дорожные карты».
В частности, планом предусмотрены:
🔹рост суммарного коэффициента рождаемости с 1,413 в 2024 году до 1,593 в 2030-м; 🔹 увеличение ожидаемой продолжительности жизни с 73,7 года в 2024-м до 78 лет в 2030 году; 🔹рост капитализации фондового рынка с 42% ВВП в 2024 году до 66% ВВП в 2030 году; 🔹 увеличение комплексного индекса технологической независимости с 10,69% до 100% соответственно и т.д.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
