На фоне санкций ожидания по добыче пессимистичны; в обработке сдерживающим фактором остаётся дефицит трудовых ресурсов, который на фоне продолжающегося расширения армии (чиновники говорят о стабильном притоке 20-30 тыс человек в мес), скорее всего, будет усиливаться.
