Вот такую картину случайным образом мне удалось заснять, проезжая по улицам Иркутска. Двое самокатчиков, забыв про правило «один самокат — один человек» и забыв про отсутствие тротуаров в городе, решили испытать судьбу. Но бумеранг вернулся очень быстро: на первом же заезде они, сами видите, как улетели, а сам самокат врезался в автомобиль, припаркованный рядом.
И если в Москве уже вовсю наказывают за езду вдвоём, то интересно бы узнать, работает ли система умного города в Иркутске, в которую вбухали кучу денег в своё время, и штрафуют ли таких рискованных перцев.
