🔹 با شروع تحریم‌ها در دهه ۹۰، مشکلات ما هم شروع شد. در ۱۳ سال، میانگین تشکیل سرمایه ثابت ناخالص حدود ۱.۷ درصد بوده است.
🔹 ظرفیت‌های مختلفی در بازار سرمایه وجود دارد. رشد اقتصادی سال ۱۴۰۳ زیر سه درصد اتفاق خواهد افتاد. اگر این روال ادامه پیدا کند، تا پایان برنامه هفتم، رشد اقتصادی ما بیش از ۲.۶ درصد نمی‌شود.
🔹 من به توافق‌های حداقلی خوشبینم. اگر منابع ما آزاد شود، می‌توانیم به رشدی که در بودجه پیش‌بینی شده دست پیدا کنیم.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
