Документ предусматривает штрафы для должностных лиц от 4 до 5 тысяч рублей, а для юридических — от 85 до 100 тысяч рублей с конфискацией поддельных знаков. Кроме того, законопроект предлагает ввести уголовную ответственность за повторное изготовление и продажу наград, схожих с государственными.
