▪️В апреле зарегили 11.411 переходов прав по договорам купли-продажи / мены жилья. За 5-летку слабее показатели были только в локдаун 2020 и торможение на событиях весны 2022. При здоровых рынке и ключе, обычно апрель чуть подрастал к марту
▪️Тем не менее, пока накопленным итогом за 4 мес. набралось 45,3 тыс. ДКП. Что чуть бодрее прошлого года @iliilitop
