Ассоциация Добро.pф совместно с Фондом президентских грантов подготовила каталог лучших практик в сфере социальной активности. Внутри – 100 проектов, которые помогают стране и россиянам.
В основе каталога – практики лауреатов Международной Премии #МЫВМЕСТЕ, победителей конкурса «Доброволец России» и участников Программы мобильности волонтёров, для которых проводили образовательные стажировки и экологические смены по всей стране. Эксперты изучили более 800 проектов за последние четыре года и выбрали из них самые эффективные.
Каталог разбит на карточки. В каждой – цели работы, проведённые мероприятия и результаты. Все практики зарегистрированы на платформе Добро.pф.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
