По всем нашим оценкам, курс рубля должен до конца года ослабляться, что снизит риски экспортеров и бюджета.
По прогнозу Сбербанка, рубль к концу года может ослабнуть до 90 ₽/$. Такой сценарий выгоден экспортёрам, особенно сырьевому сектору: валютная выручка растёт, а расходы остаются в рублях.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
